THE PROJECT
G&S HUB is created by a public-private partnership, composed of ALI – Autonomie Locali Italiane (lead entity), Leganet, Studio COME, ACR+, Federconsumatori Lazio and the Municipalities of Avezzano (AQ), Bassiano (LT) and Crispiano (TA).

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
Combating energy poverty through the integration of economic measures with information and the promotion of participation and knowledge sharing paths towards sustainable energy consumption models (RECs).
WHO IS G&S HUB FOR?
- Vulnerable individuals/households benefiting from support and advice to combat energy poverty
- Young NEETs, beneficiaries of job grants to support the hub and animation and awareness-raising activities

PROJECT ACTIVITIES
- Research on energy poverty in the three municipalities
- Mapping of measures to combat energy poverty
- Catalogue of good practices to be adopted at local level
- Capacity building for local administrators on energy poverty
- Exchange and comparison of experiences with local administrations of European countries
- Integrated Strategic Plan to combat energy poverty in the three municipalities
- Feasibility study to implement Renewable Energy Communities (RECs) in the three municipalities
- Organization of local events and initiatives to disseminate information and experiences among municipalities and project partners
- Organization of an international conference to present the results and share experiences with other European realities
