Green & Social Hub also protagonist at “Ambientiamoci”: the green format of Avezzano that unites heart, mind and sustainability

The environment returns to the spotlight in Avezzano with the second edition of “Ambientiamoci”, a format launched by the Municipal Administration to promote a more conscious, ecological, and sustainable way of life. The official press conference will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, May 20, at 12:00 PM, in the council hall of the City Hall.

Among the key participants of the 2025 edition will be the partners and young changemakers from Green & Social Hub, ready to share their contributions on ecological transition, innovation, and energy sustainability.

From May 23 to June 1, Avezzano will transform into an open-air laboratory of green ideas, experiences, and best practices. Ambientiamoci is more than just an event—it’s an inclusive and interactive journey involving schools, citizens, businesses, and organizations. The schedule is packed with activities: performances, talks, conferences, workshops, art, and science—all aimed at raising awareness about environmental protection and reducing waste.

Green & Social Hub will actively participate with contributions focused on renewable energy, the circular economy, and green technologies, especially during the conference sessions scheduled from May 27 to 29. These moments offer valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, share projects, and build future-oriented visions closely connected to the local community.

The program will kick off with the historic Agrotechnical Days of the “Arrigo Serpieri” Agricultural Institute, now in its 33rd edition, and will conclude with events of strong symbolic and educational impact—such as the theater performance dedicated to Angelo Vassallo, the “fisherman mayor,” and champion against organized crime.
